2023 Colorado-based OLB Blake Purchase set for weekend visit with USC
Blake Purchase holds USC in high regard, and he will make a visit to LA from Colorado this weekend to see the Trojans.

Colorado-based edge rusher Blake Purchase has not made it a secret that he likes USC. The Trojans continue to recruit him, and he is finally getting the chance to make the trip out to Los Angeles now that the basketball season has come to a close and the dead period is over. The 6-foot-4 prospect from Cherry Creek HS is looking forward to seeing what the Trojans have to offer as a program as he is hoping to begin the process of narrowing down his recruitment soon. He recently visited ASU and Cal, and he has been out to Iowa State previously as well. Oregon and Washington are set to host him on trips in April as well.
“Really just how with the new coaching staff coming in, they’re gonna be trying to turn that program around quick. So, that’s one of the big pulls. Then, also, just being in LA and being in California is a big thing with the weather. So, it would be a really good school to be at.”
Purchase finished his 2021 season with 83 tackles, 18 tackles for loss and 12 sacks to go with two interceptions.
