Adam Chris or anyone who has seen these guys in person

We just got a super early commit from Stephen Carr and of course signing day for the 2017 class is a helluva long way away. That said I have a couple of questions. How does this kid compare to the following local backs who we have offered:

Najee Harris, Greg Johnson, and Nathan Tilford.

Furthermore what are are early chances with the above mentioned and do any of those guys project at different position?
