Just listened to the after-game presser and was more frustrated than after leaving the coliseum last night !
It is just the same old lame excuses......."football is humbling" "we had unnecessary penalties which were uncharacteristic of this team" "if we hadn't held on the run-back"... " we maybe shoulda gone for three on 4 th and whatever" "we let go to the edge too often".......yada yada....
Somehow being beaten so soundly in all areas made this loss more embarrassing than some of our bonehead last second losses of last year....at least we were in those games !
