Burger King, Headquartered in Florida ,is merging with Tim Horton Inc., to form a single unit. The HQ will be in Canada..naturally. The USA is losing some tax from this deal as the new organization is worth $20 Billion.
Just think if Burger King was from California and moved its HQ to Canada our Gov would say "that's good news. At least they didn't go to Texas!!"
