I haven't been following the NFL for a while so I don't have much to go on. I know the guy has won a Super Bowl, which says a lot, but didnt he have multiple Hall of Famers playing for him?
Is he a defensive guy? Offensive guy? Has he shown the ability to make in game adjustments? Does he rely on great assistant coaches or can he lead a program to success without exceptional help?
