Barkley doin Chip

So I got to the establishment early today for a beer and I'm watching Barkley run Chips offense.
So what's with the whole running quarterback thing that many thought was so essential to this scheme? Barks ain't that guy..
Is it even essential? Are we recruiting the right guys?
I'm
Thinking the QB type SC has always sought out are the ones we should stay on..
