After 3 years you know what you have. By now, you should see a dramatic improvement in talent and some depth to the roster. You should see a team trending more towards a top 5 contender rather than a team not ranked. CLR is not an elite coach. He fell into the OU job with tons of talent in a conference where you can run his pansy offense and wow everyone with stats. He parlayed that into the SC job. He can’t recruit elite talent across the board, he has proven to be a poor clock manager and the excuses are getting old. it’s apparent he is in way over his head and is being exposed.
