I have made 4 attempts to cancel my subscription without success. I initially sent a request, via email, to cancel my subscription on May 9th (case# 20159244). I sent another request, via chat, to cancel my subscription on May 10th (case# 20172402). On May 11th, I placed a third request to cancel my subscription in response to one of Yahoo's team members and I received an automated reply that my issue was "addressed" and my case closed. However, I was still charged $9.95 on May 15th. I placed a 4th request to cancel my subscription on May 16th (case# 20238982) to which I received an automated reply indicating that my issue was addressed and my case closed and YET, my subscription is still active. Is it possible for you to, PLEASE, get someone off their butt, do their job and fulfill my FIFTH, and hopefully final, request to cancel my subscription to Rivals and credit back the charge of $9.95? Thank you.
