I heard GM saying his strength was evaluating players and good organizational skills. Is this true? I look at the two recruiting classes he coordinated and imo they were better than any of the classes Ed O brought in the previous three years. Last years class was a masterpiece. How much credit do you assign to Sirmon for the staffs efforts the last couple of years? It seems like this is a valuable skill to lose.
