According to TOS some posters are discussing what Cowherd said on his show about his sources saying that a big name will come to USC?

Quotes from the show (from TOS poster)

"Gigantic story potentially that's not a story yet"

"Very good intel last night"

[talks about rumors of Strong to Miami, then goes on...]

"We've heard nothing on USC, right...?"

"The feeling has been if Helton can beat ORE and UCLA, it would be hard not to give him a gig." (he didn't state that was his feeling, just the general perception the public has had)

"I was told last night the reason the USC job opening that you've heard no names is that it's such a big name that that person has said 'If I hear anything, I'm out.'"

"They're going to pay what they've never paid, double Pete Carroll. Two people know and they're not telling anybody."

"This person has a great job, I'm not saying pro or college, but a great job. Things are happening here folks."

Double Pete Carroll means somewhere around $7-8M...and Cowherd mentions that this "big name coach" doesnt want anything coming out about his departure during the season/bowl game or he's out (ex. Les Miles to Michigan 2007)

Considering that Cowherd predicted Sark 2 or so weeks before the hire..and he also predicted Harbaugh to UM..is there anything of substance here? or a bunch of BS..
