When the time came on Game Day to talk about the USC-nd game, they switched to a piece where Shelly Smith talked to Clay Helton. Then the conversation switched to who potentially could be brought in to be the HC of USC, and what the criterion should be for the new coach.

NFL experience came up as a main factor, and Jeff Fisher's name, among others, came up as a main candidate. After each of the 4 hosts chimed in on what would be he most important factor in considering a new HC, Howard, once again, couldn't help himself. In an only slightly veiled shot at USC's program and/or Pete Carroll personally, he said "integrity" would be the most important factor for the new coach. As if the program lacked integrity.....much the same as Haden's mantra of "winning the right way", of course, implying that we were winning the wrong way.

Howard never misses an opportunity to take a shot at our program, either directly or indirectly.

Fight On and beat the Irish.
