Do we only have 3 real practices per week?

and one walk through on Friday? No practice on Mondays? Do all schools do this? Is this an ncaa rule? When I played we had film study for 2 hours on Sunday. Then four 3 hour full pads practices m/t/w/th. And a 1.5 hour walk through on Friday. And we were just as physical on Thursday as we were on Monday. It seems like we only have full 2 full pads practices the whole week?
