According to The Oregonian newspaper, a Cal Defensive lineman came to an Oregon/Cal pre-game press conference with a tray of roasted Duck to send a message to the Oregon OL, which the Oregon OL obviously didn't take kindly to (what a surprise!!!). The Oregon OL responded with a performance which can only be described as Magnificent!!!! The Oregon Offense (and, particularly, their OL) responded with a record-breaking performance of 777 total offensive yards, blitzing the Cal Bears 44-28! Why would someone be that arrogant! I know, "why ask why?!"
