I'm really worrying that the D-Line did not get much pressure at all against these two Sun Belt lines without Wilcox bringing extra pressure. I get that losing Leonard hurts a lot, but that is USC's most experienced position outside of QB. Just loaded with guys who have been in the program for 3, 4, 5 years. Rushing four talented and (usually) experienced guys should at least force some discomfort over the course of a game, but I rarely saw that these first two weeks.
They can't afford to let PAC 12 QB's (starting with Hogan, and Bergo, and Goff, and 2015 September Heisman Trophy Winner Josh Rosen) stand still in the pocket and look downfield. I'm really hoping Wilson can find some combination of guys that can force the passer to move. Right now, the line just doesn't seem to be winning their 1-on-1's and that's really worrisome.
