At 6'6" and 200 pounds, he has shown that he cannot "fill" the hole and smash the runner down in his tracks.

Maybe...if he puts on 30-40 pounds in the off-season...otherwise, fill his slot with some beef.

Tackett Curtis right now is 6'3" @ 220 pounds. I"m guessing he'll be 230+ in the Spring. That would be a start.
