My son plays Water Polo in High school and the top team is Mater Dei, which sends the most High school players to division 1 schools in the nation. ( at least 7 or more players at SC).
The reason is because of the Head coach, developing young men to go way beyond what they thought achievable, pushing their limits.
I did not see this with Kiffen, ( means to smoke weed in German slang), and am questioning if Sark and his staff can develop their current talent to be All-Americans as well as first round draft choices. PC did it. Saban does it... Jimbo Fischer does it.... but who from Washington in 5 years has made it big in the NFL?
