He annoys me at best of times, but today he said something about NSD that makes sense. He said something like: "Up until NSD, the coaches focus is 'Win With Talent!'. After NSD, the coaches focus is 'Win With Coaching'". He said that most of the highly talented recruits have never had much coaching because they have always been the stars and coaches spend more time with everyone else.
So for SC, NSD will be critical to get talent and we may not get everyone we are used to getting.... (!%@$@#.) But after tomorrow, the coaches need to take whatever talent we have and coach it up, like every other program. Do we have the staff to do it? No one knows for sure - Heltons, Clancy, Tee, etc...
