First, this is not meant to be a combative thread. I just want to point out a few facts.

See, this is where the Senate Republicans have a problem. We already know the Dems are leading in Arizona, Maine, Colorado, and North Carolina. They take all four of those, they take the Senate.

They are also tied or inside the margin of error with two seats in Georgia, one each in Iowa, Georgia, Montana, South Carolina (Graham)

Possible problem in Texas (Trump and Biden are tied there), Kansas and Alaska.

Remote but possible is Kentucky with Mitch. His going back on his word from 2016 might play havoc with voters.

Four of these Republic Senators have claimed, without reservations, that they would not support an election year Supreme Court appointee until after the inauguration of the next president- McConnell, Graham, Danes (see below) and Tillis. Tillis is the only one of those four that is losing substantially in the polls.

A Trump appointed Justice would most assuredly be Pro Life and against Obama Care (ACA). Even if a justice is nominated but not voted on, can you imagine what that would go over with the 75% of voters who want to keep both of those Laws on the books? Woman's right to choose, and pre-existing conditions?

This could easily hand the Democrats several more Senate seats than the ones already looking good.

This is why I say, this situation could easily play into the Democrats hands. Something to be aware of.
