when he compares CW to Mahomes. Obviously, CW has a long way to go to even be mentioned in the the same breath as Mahomes. Watching the Texans/Chiefs game today and specifically PM’s, you could see a very, very similar game. Presence in the pocket, movement in the pocket, ability to evade the rush and the way they both run is very similar. No lightening quickness like a Kyler, but very efficient and almost the protectiveness of knowing when to slide and when to keep moving downhill. Playing on two different levels (obviously) but very similar traits. If I was a head of player personnel for an NFL team, I would be giving serious thought to CW being the franchise QB everyone’s looking for. Obviously with continual improvement in many areas.
