Helton should be retained with Tee and Tui in charge of the offensive side and the HC Narduzzi will be in charge of the defensive side. If Helton does not win then hire Tom Herman and retain Tee and Tui the best recruiters combo and bring the best DC, DL and OL coaches to help them.
If Helton wins Pat should hire Narduzzi as HC & Helton OC
