If Pat made a decision what is good for the program Sark cannot fit for the job due to personal issues, then Pat Haden have the same issue too and the logic should apply uniformly for both, pat and Sark.
Time for Pat Haden to stepdown and taker his own personal health issues, he is not capable to handle all the stresses and his own body is the witness testifying too much to handle pat time to go to your sweet home and enjoy life. Pat needs real friends and families to force him to quiet this job if he needs money then he should be the fund raiser in chief for usc and let other younger and experienced run the stressful job.
