USC junior guard Julian Jacobs informed Coach Andy Enfield on Wednesday of his intentions to declare for the NBA Draft.
He would be the fourth player defection within a week. Jacobs has since confirmed he is not hiring an agent, which means he could return to USC.
I originally spoke with Jacobs about this possibility earlier this month and he said he was unsure what his course of action would be. Still, I'm pretty surprised he's seriously considering leaving since it appears he has a ways to go before he'd be a first-round pick.
