When four-star QB Ryan Kelley de-committed from Oregon, it seemed like he could become a potential target for USC. The Trojans had been recruiting him at one point and he's a quality 4-star prospect from Chandler, Ariz.
Since USC had not offered a scholarship and was after other quarterbacks, we believed that UCLA or Arizona State were more likely destinations for Kelley. He quickly proved that he wasn't going to wait around for a scholarship offer from the Trojans.
On Friday, Kelley committed to Arizona State.
