#1 nationally, MD had one of their best ever teams in terms of depth and talent and easily took #3 nationally St. John Bosco to the woodshed at 49-14. Of interest to any USC fan is the Mater Dei QB J T Daniels and WR Amon Ra St. Brown. Hee are some of my takes on them.

J T Daniels- He stands 6-2 max and 210 pounds and should grow another inch plus 10 pounds or so. He has great accuracy and hits the short, cross-field, and Mid range receivers well. He ended up with 5 TD passes in this game and rhe also ran well at times, a little quicker than Darnold. On longer passes he has a tendency to throw with a lot of air and let the receivers run under it. I don't think that will be the case as he gets to college. Buit another year and this guy would be a great pickup.

Amon-Ra St, Brown has great hands, and runs great routes. He isn't a burner, and is the smallest of the St. Brown brothers. But he is extremely smart, speaking 3 languages and a straight A student and has a great feel for the game. He is listed at 6-1 and 190 but seems a little bit smaller. His interest is reported as USC,Stanford and Notre Dame. His bothers are at the last 2 schools with the Stanford WR redshirting this year. Neither Notre Dame nor Stanford showed off the receiving skill of highlighted receivers and the ND brother Equanimeous (SP?) has only 31 receptions, after 58 last year, as ND went more ground oriented. He had some nice catches especially when St John Bosco had him single covered. He would be a great pickup for USC.

These guys by themslf would make USC recruting shine.
