My understanding is USC is still a strong option in Fink's mind but he's not as sure he needs to stay close to home as he once did and Notre Dame definitely has his attention. This kid has a lot of fans that make a living in the world of football recruiting in one way or another and some absolutely swear that he's going to be very good.
