I see Matt as being a good pick up last year. I see QB recruits being a little bit afraid to sit behind Browne and Darnold. Next year, if Alabama breaks Browne into two, and if Josh Rosen forces Darnold into retirement due to his sheer brilliance, Fink is a guy who can come in and extend plays (or get first downs) with his feet if the offense is not in sync (which is expected when you get down to your third-string QB).
BTW, next year might be the first year in recent memory that we have more "dual threat" QBs on the roster than we have traditional "pro-style" quarterback (especially if Jalen Green rejoins the group).
