There is so much bashing of Mazzone by Bruin fans and writers. I have never got it. Statically they have been a top offensive every year since he's been there and a bottom of the barrel defense. Outside this year they've lacked an O line and never have had an elite receiver. It's like if he doesn't score 55 with a freshman quarterback against a good defense he's a failure. Meanwhile the d gives up 40 to an offensive that looked stagnant all year. I would actually love him to be replaced. Not as easy as it looks to find top coordinators. Plus he's had out number so far with three different coaches
