Nansen who imo is a poor teaching coach , will keep a job because of tui leaving. We can't lose all the recruiters I believe with lb coach and tui leaving, clancy and Baxter not into recruiting , clay's hands are somewhat tied. He really only has himself and Tee as good recruiters left. Any new coach will not add much value recruiting this late . We will lose the teammates up north to ugly if tui goes there . Not sure where Nansen can add any value coaching but can assist on the recruiting side .
