A source within USC's football program has told TrojanSports.com about a new scholarship offer in the 2016 class.
USC has offered Leki Fotu, a strong side defensive end from Herriman, UT HS. Fotu is currently committed to Utah and has been since September.
The 6-foot-6, 255 pound prospect is rated as a two-star prospect by Rivals.com, but as he plays in Utah and not an area with a lot of eyeballs, I expect that USC's staff believes this kid is much better than that ranking.
