Rivals Florida analyst Rob Cassidy informed me this morning that USC has extended scholarship offers to 2019 RB James Cook and 2018 ATH Gregory Rousseau.
Cook is the younger brother of Dalvin. He's committed to Florida State but he does have a family connection to USC as his cousin Jamel will be a freshman this year.
