For Sam's lack of progress this year at the quarterback position and one in particular who watched the Cotton Bowl said that he was shocked at SC for not going up-tempo against Ohio State with Sam looking over to the sidelines frequently before coming up with a play at the last minute which played into Ohio State's hands.
