just listened to Rich Gannon who will probably be QB coach for John Gruden and they are very good friends. They both think the development of most college QB’s is not nearly as solid as it used to be. The lack of well prepared QB’s out of college is directly related to the paucity of excellent coaching. They think it’s rare to find. I would think Gruden knows as much about this as anyone with his QB camps.
