Off topic, anyone here perform or had Spinal fusion surgery?

I know there’s several Docs on this sight, Anyone here had this procedure.? It’s my lower two vertebraes, that have to be fused together,surgery tomorrow at 7:30 am any tips for recovery? TIA.
