Don't get me wrong, bombing the hell out of Syria is a feel good tactic. But it accomplishes nothing. ISIS strategy of war vs. the West only requires a handful of evil men. It does not require massive logistics and complicated tactics.

The attack in Paris on Friday — and the attacks in other European capitals preceding it — has more the character of an intifada: All you need is a crowd (theatres, weddings, concerts, playgrounds, churches, synagogues, congested freeways, etc.) and the will to do evil. Guns, knives, gasoline, improvised explosives, motor vehicles — the weapons are commonplace, and they are incidental.

What an intifada needs is either easy passage across borders or a suitable domestic environment in which to hide. Paris offered both in the form of Europe’s open borders and the large population of immigrant Muslims in French cities.

The US Government will not secure our borders and our freedoms inherently allow immigrant enclaves to thrive as sanctuaries for evil doers. Hell, we can't even protect ourselves from psycho white men of European descent doing evil.

The war will be internal within our own borders. It is just a matter of time.

Robust 2nd Amendment rights is our ONLY protection. We must have a heavily armed citizenry for self defense. The police and 911 calls are useless vs. the ISIS strategy. By the time the police show up it is too late. Get your CCW permit if you can.
