We are some friends over tomorrow to watch the NFL playoffs, and I want to make chili. I love to eat chili, but I have never made it myself, so I thought I would get some input from my buddies on the P/TT.
My preference is to go with beef (probably chuck) but I am open to other meats. I don't want it too spicy as I figure they can always add some spice with a good hot sauce. I plan on making it today and letting cook in a slow cooker.
