won't issue marriage licenses to gay couples. I really don't give a sh!t one way or the other but two things jumped out at me from this article.

1) she's on her fourth husband following three divorces
2) this is all happening in Morehead which, according to the article, is "considered a progressive haven in Appalachian Kentucky".
