Pete Carroll also spoke at commencement this year - 2016. He spoke re: the commencement exercises at the Marshall School of Business. Unfortunately, I cannot post it - but it is WELL WORTH WATCHING IT ONLINE. You can find it online re: doing a search. It is especially worth having your children watch it (whatever age they are) and watch it if you are a parent. The second half is the best of the 18 minute video. Great ideas to instill in your children as a parent. His mantra has been - "Always Compete" and he easily transferred that idea and concept to the new graduates of the business school.
