OT: Question re: USC's Credit Union

First let me say I do not intend this to be a personal question. I have been doing some research on USC's Credit Union and wondering in general if anyone has had any experiences with it. Any critiques either plus or minus would be appreciated. But, I understand if one wishes not to comment.
