My guess is that it has to be the current owner of the LA Clippers--Steve Ballmer. This guy is lucky that he's filthy rich; I mean, how'd he ever find a girl to have kids with??? I swear I used to beat up this geek all through out grade school. Now he owns a NBA franchise and runs amock at court-side! How long before Adam Silver takes his team away for all the bad dancing?
