the last three years are over now and codys run at q is coming to an end. To me he's been far too conservative over his career and it has dwarfed this offense's potential. My question is do you think the qb battle he had with Max wittek his first season when he admitted he was scared to make a mistake and get the pull, engrained in him this conservative nature that for better or worse has made him a game manager?
Reading the footnotes everyday has me anxious for max Browne or darnold because as Adam states he's not afraid to let it go and give his receivers a chance to make a play. After all what's the point of having all these great athletes if the qbs don't trust them to make a play over supposed inferior talent of our opponents? Full disclosure I like a run first offense but still i long for the days where our qbs used to take chances in the passing game
