News updates from today's practice...
Freshman OT E.J. Price, who has not played this season, will be transferring to another school for personal reasons. I've been told the Georgia native has an ill family member and is looking to be closer to home. Coach Clay Helton said he met with Price a couple days ago and gave his blessing to find another school. He also made light of a report that Price had punched him in the face.
"I wouldn't be here, I'd be dead," Helton said. "It may make my face look better."
TE Taylor McNamara will have an X-ray after having his foot stepped on in today's practice.
DE Malik Dorton (hip) was limited.
DT Noah Jefferson (shoulder), S C.J. Pollard and S Jamel Cook remained out.
K Matt Boermeester did not kick field goals today.
Adoree' Jackson practiced at receiver, alternating first team reps between offense and defense.
