As in sales, the best leads are not cold calling or knocking on doors, they are warm/hot leads that come from existing clients. So we need to get our young studs like J.T. Daniels and P. Gaoteote, Tuli, Dedich and others to really help us get to other guys that we need to close. Coaches and schools can do so much, sometimes it is the relationships of peers that make the final difference.
