Romello Harris touched base with me recently and the three-star rising senior running back said he enjoyed his recent trip to USC. He worked out briefly for the coaches. That was an important audition for him. He did not leave campus with an offer and still seems to be a 'down the road' guy, but the coaches paid him a lot of attention while he was there and he doesn't seem bothered that he's still waiting.
USC is largely interested in Harris because he's got the potential to be a great asset in the pass game as a running back. One of the best in the '16 class as far as running backs catching the ball.
