i was not thrilled with the hire but I am not down on clay. I do not like our slow starts but there were some good things tonight.
Once clay makes changes on the coaching staff this team will be better in 2016. We need a new o line coach, D coordinator, o coordinator, special teams coach, possible d line as well.
I think clay is an upgrade over lane and sark. We need an over haul on defense and special teams .

1. New kicker and punter
2. More mobil Qb
3. Depth on d line
4. Speed at lb
