Another concern regarding Haden is what big time, established coach would want to work for him? Whether in business or in big time athletics; the big fish don't want to work for a CEO or AD, in this case; that is weak and not successful. I understand that a whole lot of money can be thrown to a candidate; but I go back to my business analogy that the great ones being recruited usually turn down the big money when it comes to a weak boss and structure. In this case; Haden is clearly viewed as a weak AD; and his track record stinks. I really think the only way we get the big time hire; is the University gets Haden out of the hiring business; and get a new AD that has an established and successful reputation. Otherwise; we will get the "diamond in the rough" candidates or the re-treads that are still looking for a gig. Fight On!
