While we wait around for fall camp, I was dwelling on the annual Cubbie routine for recruiting, getting commits and then losing commits.

It seems to happen every year under Mora's regime but this year, there is a difference. Over in Westweed, they seem to start off early with some "name" commits and the L.A. (Bruin) Times declares that the monopoly is over. They even get some highly thought of OOS commits. Then, as we get closer to LOI day in January, like leaves falling off the trees in September, commits decommit or even say adios on LOI day, itself.

But this year, the de's are coming earlier than usual and what makes it more delicious for a Trojan, is they are dropping AFTER the Bruins brought Klemm back

It is too early to tell where a recruiting class will rank with the services on LOI day, but in my view, SC will be in the top three. Now, by the Bro site itself, they posted that their program was currently #15 earlier this week and, that if they got the kids they thought they would get, they would end up between #12 and #15. That was after Pittman decamped, but before Parker got out of Dodge.

Anyone want to bet on #15 as a Bruin landing point?
