Tough interview, Adam. Pendergast is not a good interviewee, as he has difficulty comfortably talking. Not much truth in what he said about his players beginning with his 2016 recruiting class. Contrary to what he said, he had plenty of depth, but never developed them. Helmsley, Bigelow, Betiku, gone, all four and five stars. He evaded many questions, talked around them, and on the whole, I don't see the defense rallying behind him. He's a meh. I really am impressed with Greg Burns and think he is a great addition, and we will see lots of improvement in the secondary, even tho they are young. D-line should see improvement, too, under Coach K. Not too impressed with Nansen's coaching, or choice in starters, so the jury is out with our great group of Linebackers. Changes on offense should shore up the average Pendergast defense. Jury is out on whether they can all come together.
