We need not say anything negative again on this board. I envision a board where we all sit around in our jockeys and talk about our feelings. I envision a board where we pat one another on the back and tell each other how great we are. I envision a board where it doesn't matter if we win or lose, or if we even try, as long as we show up it's all good. Some one brought it up the other day when they said that it is like a youth sporting event where everyone who shows up is a winner and by golly trophies for all of you.
