a kid like Brandon James whose scholarship offers have come from schools like Florida Atlantic and Rutgers....this young man even admits that he didn't expect an offer from a top-tier school like SC....it's one thing to cherry pick a state like Florida but when you are handing out multiple offers to OOS kids that means that there are California kids that will not get the attention they deserve and that will come back to bite us in the ass.
This emphasis on Florida is puzzling especially when offering...
