The person put in charge by Trump to do these revisions is Michael Caputo, the same Caputo that the Republican led Senate Intelligence Committee identified as an associate with Russian Intel. and also a protege of Roger Stone during Stone's coordinating with Wikileaks and Russian Intelligence in releasing Clinton emails.
